The museum is open the first Sunday of every month from 11am – 4pm (Closed January and Easter Sunday)

Often referred to as the "cradle of Polish migration," we welcome visitors from across Australia and beyond to explore our rich heritage. Whether you're tracing your family roots, seeking to learn about Polish history, or simply curious about our region's past, you will find something to inspire you at our museum.

Pilgrims, mark your calendars! The Polish Hill River Church Museum Inc proudly hosts the annual Easter pilgrimage, a cherished tradition held on the Saturday two weeks before Easter. The Pilgrimage is organised in conjunction with the Resurrection Church – Unley and the Federation of Polish Organisations in SA which provides the buses. Our dedicated team of volunteers is passionate about preserving and sharing the stories of Polish migrants who contributed significantly to South Australia's development. We care for the heritage-listed church-museum and the adjoining four classrooms of Australia's first Polish school, while also collecting and preserving valuable artefacts and documents. We invite you to visit and experience our living history!
